The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian (2008)
One year after their incredible adventures in the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, Peter, Edmund, Lucy and Susan Pevensie return to Narnia to aid a young prince whose life has been threatened by the evil King Miraz. Now, with the help of a colorful cast of new characters, including Trufflehunter the badger and Nikabrik the dwarf, the Pevensie clan embarks on an incredible quest to ensure that Narnia is returned to its rightful heir.

I was the perfect age for 2005's The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe: eight years old. We read the novel in Mrs. Crawford's third-grade class (I asked for the rest of the series for Christmas) and took a class trip to see the movie when we were done. I was the coolest kid in class that day because, although we were provided with popcorn and a soda, I used some pocket money my grandmother gave me to buy Twizzlers, which I then passed out to the other boys under the condition they bite off either end and use it as a straw for their drink. To quote John Lennon, I was bigger than Jesus. Or Aslan.
